1. About the Role

CapitalBox is looking for motivated individuals to join as Direct Selling Agents (DSA). As a DSA, you will act as an official representative of CapitalBox, responsible for identifying and forwarding eligible leads for personal loans, business loans, MSME funding, and other financial services offered by the company.

2. Key Responsibilities

Your primary duty will include collecting all necessary documents from clients such as PAN card, Aadhaar card, bank statements, and income proofs like ITR. You must ensure the authenticity of these documents before forwarding them to the CapitalBox Loan & Finance Department. Timely coordination with the internal team for application submission and follow-up is a critical part of this role.

3. Professional Conduct

As a DSA, you are expected to maintain a high level of professionalism while dealing with clients. All client-related data must be handled with strict confidentiality. Any kind of miscommunication, manipulation, or false assurance will be considered a serious breach of your responsibility.

4. Representation and Promotion

You will be promoting the services and offerings of CapitalBox directly to prospective clients. While doing so, you must ensure that all information shared is accurate, transparent, and aligned with company guidelines. Misrepresentation of products or services is strictly prohibited.

5. Earnings and Eligibility

This is a performance-based role with attractive commission structures. Individuals with a background in finance, sales, or customer handling will be preferred, but it is open to all who are sincere and willing to learn. Payouts will be provided for each successful lead conversion, along with potential incentives for top performers.
