Terms & Conditions
1. Service Definition: CapitalBox provides professional consultancy, advisory, and documentation support for Business Loan, MSME Loan, and StartUp Funding services. Clients understand and acknowledge that CapitalBox does not sanction loans and only assists in preparation, guidance, and process support. Advisory is provided using expertise in banking, government schemes, and startup requirements. All services are rendered as per agreed fees and documented procedures. Clients are expected to cooperate fully to enable accurate consultancy.
2. Consultancy Charges: Clients agree to pay fixed consultancy fees, inclusive of GST: Business Loan Advisory at ₹1280, MSME Loan Advisory at ₹6500, and StartUp Funding Consultancy at ₹26500. Fees cover advisory, documentation, eligibility checks, and end-to-end support. CapitalBox also charges 2% of the sanctioned loan amount as success fees post approval. Charges for Startup Essentials are separate and package-based. Payments must be made only through official channels.
3. Startup Essentials: Startup Essentials is a separate service offered by CapitalBox to assist clients with compliance, business planning, pitch preparation, and investor readiness. Charges vary depending on the selected package. Clients acknowledge that Startup Essentials does not guarantee loan or funding approval but provides professional readiness support. Deliverables and timelines are disclosed prior to service initiation. This service complements, but does not replace, consultancy services for loans.
4. No Loan Guarantee: CapitalBox does not guarantee loan approval, funding, or investment. All decisions regarding loan sanction are made solely by banks, NBFCs, or government authorities. Clients understand that consultancy fees do not influence outcomes. Advisory is limited to professional guidance, documentation, and process support. CapitalBox is not responsible for delays, partial approvals, or rejections by any financial institution.
5. Client Eligibility: Services are available only to clients who are 18 years or older, Indian citizens, or registered businesses. Minors and unregistered entities are not eligible. Clients must provide authentic identity and business proofs for consultancy. CapitalBox reserves the right to refuse services to ineligible clients. Compliance with eligibility criteria ensures effective advisory and documentation support.
6. Accuracy of Information: Clients must provide accurate, complete, and updated information. False or misleading data may result in service termination and potential rejection of loan applications. CapitalBox is not responsible for consequences arising from inaccurate or fraudulent information. Verification of documents remains the sole responsibility of the client. Timely submission of authentic records ensures smooth consultancy services.
7. Payment Terms: All consultancy fees must be paid in full prior to initiation of services. Success fees of 2% on sanctioned loan amounts are payable post approval. Startup Essentials charges are billed separately and due before commencement. Payments made outside official channels will not be recognized. Clients must retain payment receipts for record purposes. Delayed or incomplete payments may result in suspension of services.
8. Non-Refund Policy: Consultancy charges are strictly non-refundable once services commence. Refunds are only considered if services have not started at all and are subject to management approval. Clients acknowledge and accept that consultancy involves professional advisory time and effort, which is non-recoverable. Success fee charges are also non-refundable once loan sanction occurs. This ensures fairness to CapitalBox while maintaining transparency.
9. Data Privacy: CapitalBox follows all applicable privacy laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, to protect client data. Personal, financial, and business information is collected with consent and stored securely. Data is used strictly for consultancy purposes and not sold or misused. Clients acknowledge that all communications, documentation, and advisory information are handled confidentially.
10. Data Sharing: Necessary data may be shared with banks, NBFCs, or government portals for the purpose of consultancy and loan processing. Such sharing occurs only with explicit client consent and to the extent required. CapitalBox is not responsible for privacy policies of third-party institutions. Clients are advised to review relevant terms when interacting with external portals.
11. Confidentiality: Client information, documents, and financial details are kept strictly confidential. Only authorized personnel have access to sensitive data. Non-disclosure agreements bind employees and associates. Limited disclosure may occur only under legal obligations or with client approval. Confidentiality is central to CapitalBox’s operations and trust with clients.
12. Limitation of Liability: CapitalBox is not liable for loan rejection, partial approval, delays, or funding amounts determined by financial institutions. Responsibility is limited to consultancy, documentation, and advisory support. Clients accept that external factors are beyond CapitalBox’s control. Advisory efforts are provided on a best-effort basis to guide clients effectively.
13. Fraud Prevention: Clients must ensure payments are made only to official CapitalBox accounts. Any fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or unauthorized claim may result in immediate termination of services. CapitalBox actively monitors for fraud and unauthorized use. Clients must report suspicious activity immediately.
14. Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by Indian law. All disputes arising from consultancy services shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Gujarat courts. Clients agree to comply with applicable laws and regulations while using CapitalBox services.
15. Grievance Redressal: CapitalBox provides official email and helpline support for complaints and queries. A grievance officer is responsible for timely resolution. Clients are encouraged to provide all relevant documents for effective complaint handling. Grievance resolution demonstrates CapitalBox’s commitment to client satisfaction and transparency.
16. Electronic Communication: By using CapitalBox services, clients consent to receive electronic communications including emails, SMS, calls, or WhatsApp messages related to consultancy updates. Clients may opt out of non-essential marketing messages but not mandatory service communications.
17. Third-Party Disclaimer: CapitalBox may direct clients to third-party portals for banking, NBFC, or government interactions. CapitalBox is not responsible for security, privacy, or actions on such external sites. Clients are advised to review third-party policies before submission of any personal or financial data.
18. Intellectual Property: All content, logos, website material, tools, and proprietary software provided by CapitalBox are protected intellectual property. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification is strictly prohibited. Clients may only use materials as permitted for service purposes.
19. Force Majeure: CapitalBox is not liable for delays or disruptions due to natural disasters, cyber-attacks, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events beyond its control. Clients acknowledge these conditions and accept that services may be impacted due to such events.
20. Service Termination: CapitalBox reserves the right to terminate services due to non-payment, fraudulent activity, submission of false documents, or violation of Terms & Conditions. Termination does not entitle the client to any refund.
21. Service Timeline: Advisory and documentation services are provided on a best-effort basis. External delays by banks, NBFCs, or government authorities are beyond CapitalBox’s control. Timely cooperation by clients is essential to maintain service timelines.
22. Marketing & Promotion: CapitalBox may share occasional updates, promotional offers, or service information with clients via electronic communication. Clients consent to receive such updates unless they opt out explicitly. Promotions do not affect core consultancy services.
23. Policy Updates: CapitalBox reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms are published on the website and immediately effective. Clients are responsible for reviewing updated Terms before using services.
24. Client Responsibility: Clients must provide accurate, complete, and timely documentation. Delay or non-compliance affects consultancy outcomes. CapitalBox is not responsible for consequences arising from client delay. Full cooperation ensures effective advisory.
25. Multiple Services: Clients can avail multiple consultancy services simultaneously. Each service has separate charges and scope. Combining services does not reduce fees. Services are billed individually.
26. Service Feedback: Clients may provide feedback regarding CapitalBox services. Feedback is used to improve processes and client experience. CapitalBox may publish anonymous aggregated feedback for promotional purposes.
27. Record Keeping: Clients are advised to retain copies of all submitted documents, receipts, and correspondence. CapitalBox may maintain records for legal or compliance purposes.
28. Professional Advice Limitation: Advisory provided is based on available data, government policies, and financial practices. It does not constitute legal or financial advice. Clients may consult additional professional advisors if needed.
29. Compliance Clause: Clients agree to comply with Indian laws, IT Act 2000, RBI guidelines, and other relevant regulations while engaging with CapitalBox services.
30. Liability Disclaimer: CapitalBox is not responsible for errors, omissions, or incomplete information provided by clients. Consultancy is rendered based on the data provided.
31. Electronic Payment Security: All online payments are processed through secure channels. CapitalBox is not responsible for banking or payment gateway failures outside its control.
32. Service Modifications: CapitalBox may modify, enhance, or discontinue services with prior notice. Clients are informed of any major changes affecting deliverables.
33. Confidential Advisory Materials: Templates, checklists, and advisory documents provided are confidential. Clients cannot share, distribute, or resell without written permission.
34. Client Acknowledgement: By using services, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and accepted all Terms & Conditions.
35. Record Verification: Clients may be requested to provide additional information for verification. Non-compliance may result in delayed or terminated services.
36. Support Availability: Client support is available during business hours. Response times may vary based on volume of requests.
37. Service Limitations: Consultancy does not extend to personal legal disputes, tax filings, or investment guarantees unless separately contracted.
38. Indemnity: Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless CapitalBox from claims arising due to false information or misuse of services.
39. Communication Accuracy: CapitalBox strives to provide accurate information but is not liable for typographical errors or outdated data.
40. Data Retention: CapitalBox retains client data for the duration required to fulfill services and compliance purposes. After retention, non-essential data is securely deleted.
41. Record Confidentiality Post-Termination: Even after services are terminated, CapitalBox continues to maintain confidentiality of previously shared client information.
42. Disclaimer of Warranties: Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. CapitalBox does not guarantee outcomes, approvals, or results.
43. Final Clause: By engaging with CapitalBox services, clients agree that these Terms & Conditions are binding, comprehensive, and cover all aspects of consultancy, fees, data privacy, liabilities, and dispute resolution. Any issues not explicitly mentioned are subject to management discretion and applicable law.
Privacy Policy

Clients must note that CapitalBox does not sanction loans but only provides advisory guidance. The outcome of loan approval rests solely with banks or institutions.
3. Consultancy Charges
The consultancy charges are fixed: ₹1280 for Business Loan Advisory, ₹6500 for MSME Loan Advisory, and ₹26500 for StartUp Funding Consultancy, all inclusive of GST. Additionally, CapitalBox charges 2% of the sanctioned loan amount as success fees. Startup Essentials is billed separately based on the package chosen. These charges are strictly for consultancy and support services only. Clients understand and accept that fees are not a guarantee of funding approval.
4. No Loan Guarantee
CapitalBox provides professional guidance but cannot guarantee approval of any loan or funding application. The sanction or rejection of a loan remains the sole decision of the concerned bank, NBFC, or funding agency. Our consultancy is limited to advisory and documentation assistance. Clients must not consider consultancy charges as assurance of loan sanction. The limitation ensures clarity and prevents future disputes. All decisions are final as per the lending institution’s policies.
5. Data Collection
CapitalBox may collect identity details, Aadhaar, PAN, bank statements, GST records, business profiles, and financial data. This information is required for proper advisory, documentation, and eligibility assessment. Collection is done with prior consent from the client and used only for lawful purposes. CapitalBox does not force clients to share data beyond what is essential. Clients acknowledge that withholding necessary information may affect consultancy effectiveness.
6. Data Usage
All collected data is used exclusively for consultancy purposes, including document preparation, eligibility analysis, scheme matching, and application support. CapitalBox may internally analyze data to improve service quality but will never misuse it for commercial exploitation. Information is never sold or transferred without permission. Sharing is strictly limited to required professional circumstances. Clients agree that data usage remains professional and ethical under this policy.
7. Data Confidentiality
CapitalBox follows strict confidentiality measures. Employees and associates handling client information are bound by non-disclosure agreements. Sensitive details such as financial records and identity proofs are kept secure at all times. No unauthorized person can access or misuse client data. Disclosure is permitted only under legal obligations, regulatory requirements, or client-approved purposes. Clients trust that confidentiality is an essential commitment of CapitalBox.
8. Data Storage
Data is stored using secure digital systems with encryption and password protection. Physical records are maintained under restricted access. CapitalBox retains client information only for as long as necessary to deliver consultancy or as required by law. After completion, unnecessary records are systematically deleted or destroyed. Clients may request data deletion, subject to regulatory compliance. Storage practices ensure minimal risk of unauthorized access or misuse.
9. Client Consent
By engaging with CapitalBox, clients provide explicit consent for collection, processing, and storage of their information. This includes consent for verification with third parties such as government portals or banks. Clients also consent to communication via email, phone, SMS, or WhatsApp for consultancy updates. Consent is voluntary but mandatory for service delivery. Withdrawal of consent may affect CapitalBox’s ability to deliver services effectively.
10. Payment Policy
All consultancy charges must be paid in advance before services are initiated. Payments should only be made through official CapitalBox accounts, and receipts should be preserved for record. Success fees of 2% of sanctioned loan amount must be cleared after approval. Startup Essentials charges are billed separately and due before delivery. Non-payment or delay in payments may result in service suspension. CapitalBox maintains transparent payment terms.
11. Refund Policy
Consultancy charges are professional service fees and are strictly non-refundable. Once services begin, no refund claim will be entertained regardless of loan outcome. Refunds are considered only if no service is initiated at all and subject to management approval. Clients acknowledge this clause while making payments. Non-refundability ensures fairness and prevents misuse of consultancy time and resources. Clients are advised to confirm their service package before payment.
12. Accuracy of Information
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and updated details. Any false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in rejection of the loan by the financial institution. CapitalBox cannot be held accountable for consequences arising from inaccurate data provided by clients. Verification of documents remains the sole responsibility of the client. CapitalBox reserves the right to terminate consultancy if deliberate misrepresentation is detected.
13. Professional Advice Limitation
Advice given by CapitalBox is based on available information, financial records, and prevailing schemes. Recommendations are intended for guidance and documentation support only. Clients must not interpret consultancy as financial guarantee or sanction assurance. External decisions, eligibility criteria, and funding approvals are beyond CapitalBox’s control. The scope of advice is limited to preparing the client for successful applications, not ensuring approvals.
14. Startup Essentials
Startup Essentials is an independent service package offered by CapitalBox for startups. It includes compliance checks, business planning, pitch preparation, and investor readiness. Charges for Startup Essentials are separate from loan consultancy and disclosed upfront. Clients acknowledge that Startup Essentials does not guarantee investment or loan sanction but only strengthens professional readiness. Deliverables vary depending on the package chosen by the client.
15. Government Scheme Guidance
CapitalBox provides assistance in understanding government schemes such as MSME loans, CGTMSE, and startup initiatives. Advisory includes eligibility assessment, required documentation, and application support. Clients understand that scheme approvals are subject to government policies and authority discretion. CapitalBox is not responsible for any rejections, delays, or policy changes. The consultancy role is limited to preparing and guiding clients to apply effectively under available schemes.
16. Third-Party Disclosures
At times, CapitalBox may share necessary documents with banks, NBFCs, or government platforms for application processing. This disclosure is done only with the client’s consent and only to the extent necessary for consultancy purposes. CapitalBox is not liable for the independent data policies of such institutions. Clients are advised to review privacy terms of banks or portals they interact with. CapitalBox ensures minimum data sharing at all stages.
17. Electronic Communication
By using CapitalBox services, clients agree to receive communications electronically. This includes emails, SMS, phone calls, and WhatsApp messages related to consultancy updates. Such communication may include reminders, advisory details, and document submission requirements. Clients cannot claim misuse for professional communication. Marketing or promotional messages will be minimal and subject to consent. Clients may opt out of promotional messages but not essential service updates.
18. Children’s Data
CapitalBox services are strictly for individuals above the age of 18. No consultancy is provided to minors, and no data of children is knowingly collected. If it is discovered that a minor has shared personal information, CapitalBox will immediately delete such records. Parents or guardians are advised to prevent unauthorized use of services by minors. Clients acknowledge this restriction as part of lawful data protection practices.
19. Grievance Redressal
CapitalBox provides a grievance redressal mechanism for all client complaints and queries. Clients may contact the official email or helpline number for support. A designated grievance officer will ensure that issues are resolved in a timely manner. Complaints regarding payments, data handling, or services will be addressed fairly. Clients are encouraged to retain all receipts and records to assist in dispute resolution. Grievance handling reflects CapitalBox’s commitment to client satisfaction.
20. Data Security
CapitalBox employs encryption, firewalls, and secure networks to protect client data. Access to data is limited to authorized personnel only. Security measures are regularly updated to prevent cyber threats, hacking, or unauthorized breaches. However, clients acknowledge that no online system is 100% secure. While CapitalBox takes all precautions, absolute security cannot be guaranteed. Clients agree to share information understanding these industry-wide limitations.
Refund Policy
1. Non-Refundable Consultancy Charges:
All consultancy fees paid to CapitalBox for Business Loan Advisory (₹1280), MSME Loan Advisory (₹6500), and StartUp Funding Consultancy (₹26500), inclusive of GST, are strictly non-refundable once services have commenced. This applies even if the loan application is rejected, delayed, or partially approved. Clients acknowledge that consultancy fees cover professional advisory, eligibility assessment, and documentation support provided irrespective of loan outcomes.
2. Success Fee:
The 2% success fee charged on sanctioned loan amounts is also non-refundable once the loan is approved and disbursed. This fee represents the end-to-end process support and professional guidance provided by CapitalBox and is due immediately upon loan sanction. Clients must ensure timely payment to continue accessing services.
3. Startup Essentials Fees:
Fees for Startup Essentials, a separate paid service offered by CapitalBox, are non-refundable once the package is delivered or services commence. Startup Essentials may include business compliance guidance, pitch preparation, investor readiness, and documentation support. Clients acknowledge that payment confirms acceptance of the service terms.
4. Exceptional Refund Consideration:
Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases where CapitalBox has not initiated any service for the client. Even in such cases, refund approval is subject to management discretion and applicable legal and operational policies. Clients must submit a formal refund request for evaluation.
5. Partial Services and No Refund:
If CapitalBox has commenced advisory, document preparation, or any part of the consultancy process, partial or full refund will not be provided, regardless of client circumstances or loan outcomes. Clients are informed of this policy upfront during service engagement.
6. Method of Refund (if approved):
Any approved refund will be processed only through the original payment mode used by the client. CapitalBox is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or external systems in processing refunds. Clients should retain all payment receipts for verification purposes.
7. Policy Updates:
CapitalBox reserves the right to update or modify the Refund Policy at any time. Updated policies will be published on the website and communicated to clients when necessary. Clients are responsible for reviewing the latest refund terms before availing services.
8. Client Acknowledgement:
By making payment for any consultancy or Startup Essentials service, clients acknowledge and accept the non-refundable nature of fees, except as explicitly stated under exceptional refund cases. Acceptance of this Refund Policy is mandatory for service engagement.
